Our RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL cleaning services encompass a wide array of different environment and tactics. It’s our job to help you choose the right level of service for your needs.  In order to have a successful clean, choosing the right type of service is essential.  When the customer chooses the inappropriate service or less service than what is needed, the customer ends up being disappointed with the results, no matter which cleaning service is hired.  This is why we strongly recommend you start with a Top to Bottom Deep Clean for your initial service.  A maintenance general cleaning is only recommended in situations where you have had a professional cleaning in the the last four weeks.

We try our best to consistently schedule our teams to the same house. This allows for the team to understand how to better clean your house and provide you with the best service possible.

Top to Bottom Deep Clean

Includes the General Cleaning list items (listed below) cleaned by hand with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

• Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
• Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)
• Cobwebs removed
• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
• Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
• Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
• Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
• Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
• Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
• Top of the refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
• Outside of appliances cleaned / inside the microwave
• Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
• All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
• All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)
• Light switch plates (hand washed)
• Countertops & backsplashes (hand washed)
• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
• Mirrors (cleaned)
• Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)
• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
• Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)
• Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed
• Stairs (vacuumed)
• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Anything higher will only be dusted with an extension dust.  We will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning (available upon request). Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate deep cleaning.

For your ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleanings include the following:

• Countertops & backsplashes (washed)
• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
• Mirrors (Windexed)
• Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
• Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
• Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed
• Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
